3 LYNN CANYON PARK – 617 ACRES OF FOREST

   Lynn Canyon Park officially opened to the public in 1912 and has been a popular destination among       

   tourists and local residents ever since. 

   Lynn Canyon Park features a suspension bridge that sways 50 meters above the canyon. It was built   

   privately in 1912 when the park opened. Lynn Canyon also offers a selection of walking and hiking   

   trails that connect to other parks in the region such as Lynn Headwaters, Rice Lake, and Inter River Park.

   Lynn Canyon Park is open daily all year. During the winter months dusk falls very early. Use extreme   

   caution and allow plenty of time to return to the park entrance before dark.

   The Ecology Centre is open Weekdays 10 am to 5 pm and open Weekends and Holidays.

   June to September: 10 am to 5 pm
   October to May: 
12pm to 4 pm

   Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

    minute gondola ride to 885 metres above sea level providing sweeping views of Howe Sound fjord and   

    coastal mountains. Once you arrive at the summit many more adventures await including the 100 meter long      Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge. BLACKOUT DATES: SATURDAY TO MONDAY ON ALL LONG WEEKENDS.

9. Cypress Mountain Viewpoint (One of the best locations to capture a photo of the city and the entire regionis       the Cypress View Point mid-way along the access road to Cypress Mountain.)
